Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, items must be: • Unworn • Unwashed • Free from stains, makeup, perfume, or damage • In original packaging (if applicable)

Non‑Returnable Items For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items cannot be returned: • Underwear • Clearance or final‑sale items

Return Process To start a return, email us at shop@rababoutlet.com with: • Your order number • The item(s) you want to return • Reason for return

We will reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

Exchanges At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
